Chevrolet wants to celebrate their success in the World Touring Car Championship with a special edition based on the Cruze sedan.
Following to be available exclusively in China, the new Chevrolet Cruze WTCC Edition comes with a 1.6-liter petrol unit offering 115hp and 150Nm of torque but also a more powerful 1.8-liter with 145hp and 177Nm of torque.
Of course, these engines are the standard ones available on the new Cruze sedan, the main differences between this special model and the stock version being at the exterior.
To be more specific, Chevrolet gives the model new side skirts, revised front and rear bumpers, new trunk spoiler and special racing graphics. There are no details about any styling improvements at the interior of the model.
Official pricing for the Chevrolet Cruze WTCC Edition in China starts at 123,900 yuan which is almost $20,000.
