The Japanese from Mitsubishi have announced that they will close the Ralliart division this month. Ralliart models are still available, but Japanese engineers will not develop any new models and components.

Performance division Ralliart of the Japanese from Mitsubishi will be closed due to lack of funds. It seems that this division is the victim of the increasingly lower involvement of the Japanese in motorsport and the extremely low sales that they have encountered. Also, the multitude of aftermarket parts available for Mitsubishi models that had a Ralliart version reduced the customers interest for these models.

Closing the performance division Ralliart does not mean the end of the Lancer Ralliart, Lancer Sportback Ralliart and Colt Ralliart models. Mitsubishi officials said they will still produce them, but the future of this kind of models is uncertain. Basically, people from Mitsubishi can anytime to produce a new Ralliart model as thay have all the rights related to this name and to the logo, but the final decision will be made depending on sales they will record for these models.

With the privilege of an event presented by Jay Leno himself, last night Jaguar launched their new model, I’m talking about the new Jaguar XJ. Even at the first sight Jaguar XJ impress us, and maybe at the exterior reminds us of a XF model, from the back this car comes with a style totally original for the British producer. When it comes to the technical equipment Jaguar XJ is very well equipped coming with system called Adaptive Dynamics. That system consists in air suspension, also it comes with a system called Active Differential Control plus a very interesting motorization range. That range of motorizations is composed of a V6 diesel at 3.0 liter capacity, a V8 engine developing 385 horsepower and two supercharged versions of those two at 470 horsepower and 510 horsepower.

Usually, when I talk about big cars as this 2011 Nissan NV, I don’t know to say much things and I’m not so excited about them but if we’re talking about a Nissan car, it doesn’t matter how big is it, I still love it as the other cars built by this amazing auto maker.

When you look at the outside it doesn’t look so great or at last if you don’t look at the front side where I could still see that amazing car built by Nissan. Anyway, if you look at the interior, I bet that you will wish to drive such a car at work.

About the technical performance there are no details at this point but Tadge Juechte, the chief engineer of Corvette sais that it should be faster on the circuit, technically, than a Laguna Seca with 3 seconds.

I think that the last time when we talked about an Audi concept, we were talking about the Audi E-Tron concept and excluding that concept, I don’t remember another one so this is something new and also very cool either that it is not going to be built in reality as the E-Tron concept.

The designer of this beauty is Adriano Mudri and I have to say that he made a great job. Also, this Audi RS7 Concept is more a design study as they called it. It combines the Audi R8 rear end with the Lamborghini trademark scissor doors as you can see in the cool high res photos.

The headlights are some new LED technology also making this car to look more aggressive, luxury and of course, expensive as it would probably be if it would be put in series. I would be so cool to built it at last to come with it at auto shows but I think it won’t happen.

This Mercedes E50 Coupe by Kicherer comes with a software update and also a sport exhaust system. Under the hood there is the same V8 engine but now it has a power upgraded with 42 horsepower and also a torque of 20 Nm.

Here it comes quite a big difference namely that the original model or also known as Mercedes Benz E50 Coupe, was able to reach a top speed of “only” 155 Mph so after this upgrade it can reach up to 205 Mph. Also, this Mercedes E50 Coupe by Kicherer comes with light carbon components and 20 inch wheels.

Glasgow police will use for intervention an Audi Q7 with ABT kit capable to develop 278 horsepower, seized following a confrontation with a neighborhood gang. Mercedes thought a special version for the E-Klasse Cabrio, named Prime Edition. The limited edition comes with a range of aesthetic and technical improvements. Mercedes continues the series of premieres started in Geneva with a special edition of the E-Klasse Cabrio. The first limited interpretation to the German convertible is called “Prime Edition” and comes with a number of aesthetic enhancements, designed to make the E-Klasse Cabrio a more attractive car.

At the exterior, Prime Edition is individualized by the body painted in “Tenorite Grey” color, matching perfectly with the 18-inch wheels, with AMG origins.

The customizing continues also inside, where the interior received footprint of “Designo” division, specializing in custom modifications of Mercedes models. Customers will enjoy a perforated leather in two colors, black and white, individual rear seats and electrically adjustable. To these we add the Agility Control package, which will adjust the behavior of the vehicle on the road.
