Fiat`s Toro Pickup Launched in Fresh Pic

Fiat`s Toro pickup truck is back into our spotlights with a fresh new pic, which reveals the model`s rear end.

The Fiat Toro pickup is showcased here with a split tailgate, while the opening mechanism hides the Fiat Logo.

On the other hand, the photo is also highlighting the Toro`s taillights flowing into the rear fenders, the rugged look being complemented by the plastic body cladding or the raised ride height which makes it perfect for off-road terrains.

The same photo reveals the “Volcano” badging, along with the “AT9”, which might give us a closer look at the pickup`s powertrain.

Speaking about powertrain, the Fiat Toro pickup truck might come with a base 1.8-liter bi-fuel mill, with around 140 horsepower, followed by a 2.0-liter MultiJet turbo diesel, both featuring an all-wheel drive configuration.

The Fiat Toro is mainly aimed for the South American market, competing against the Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux or the Volkswagen Amarok, which will hit the local market somewhere next year. Unfortunately for Fiat`s fans, we do not have any details concerning the launch of the Toro pickup in other continents, the model being restricted for South America alone.
