Today was the first time the world could lay their eyes on the latest incarnation of VW’s Jetta sedan, the 2011 model that will soon hit stateside showrooms this October. For now, information on European availability and pricing is not available but there’s still enough to keep us busy.
Ford’s global EcoBoost petrol engine technology is now available with a two liter engine that will find housing in the new Ford Mondeo and will be developing 203 horsepower at 5,500 rpm. The exact same engine variant will be available on the new incarnations of the S-Max and the Galaxy.
The recently facelifted Audi TT is getting close to launch date and the two liter diesel engine has been confirmed for it despite no real changes having been made to it. The diesel in question is, of course, a TDI and it develops 170 horsepower while still being quite economical.
