Volkswagen finally decided to introduce the new Lamando, former known as the NMC. The model is based on the New Midsize Coupe concept seen at Beijing and is designed exclusively for the Chinese market.
The new Volkswagen Lamando is basically a Jetta CC for the Chinese market and will be built locally, so the costs will be as low as possible.
It underpins the well-known MQB platform and is expected to start at 180,000 yuan which is a little over $29,000.
The new Volkswagen Lamando will go on sale this fall, in November to be more specific.
