The Audi German based carmaker has recently sent the 2016 Q7 out for a spin, all dressed up in camouflage, before it would be released on the market next year, the model also being caught on shots by spy photographers from Inautonews online auto magazine.
As shown in the shots, the 2016 Audi Q7 will underpin a new body style, as it will stand on the already known MQB platform, also found on the Porsche Cayenne or the Bentley SUV.
In terms of visuals, the 2016 Audi Q7 will sport the newly introduced LED Matrix headlights while the classic design cues, from the present Q7 are also present. Inside, the model is also changed, coming with more advanced features in terms of safety.
Concerning the powertrain, the new 2016 Audi Q7 will come with some interesting choices, like the 3.0-liter TDI diesels, developing 218 – 320 horsepower, found on the present A7 and the A8 as well.
The top of the line 4.0-liter V8 or the three tri-turbo TDI units will also be fitted underneath the 2016 Audi Q7, to better cope the heavy competition from the BMW X5 M50d.
