The Japanese people at Mazda released a comprehensive photo gallery showing the new Mazda6, both the sedan and wagon models seen for the first time last month at Paris.
The new Mazda6 measures 4,865mm (sedan) and 4,800mm (wagon) with wheelbases of 2,830mm and 2,750mm.
Engine choices in Europe include a 2.0-liter Skyactiv-G petrol unit offered in two variants, 143hp and 162hp but also a 2.5-liter 189hp engine. On the other hand, the diesel range includes a 2.2-liter Skyactiv-D with 147hp and 173hp outputs.
If you already are planning to get the new Mazda6 in Europe, you have to know that the model will arrive in the showrooms at the end of this year while North American customers have to wait until next year.
Mazda will offer only the 2.5-liter 189hp sedan model in North America with the 2.2-liter diesel to be added at a later date. You can get a closer look at the new model thanks to the new photos posted below.
