Jaguar Has Produced Its Last Internal Combustion Vehicle and Will Go All Electric in 2026

This is the end of a chapter in Jaguar’s history. Jaguar has ended the production of internal combustion cars with the last model produced which is the F-Pace. For me, this is sad news as I am a fan of Jaguar cars with internal combustion engines, especially those from before the 2000s.

I personally own a 1998 Jaguar XJ 4.0 Sovereign, with a naturally aspirated V8 engine, and I am extremely delighted with this jewel of a car. The “Jaaaaag” company has entered my soul because it has created some masterpieces on 4 wheels throughout its history.

The final F-Pace was produced in the Jaguar Solihull plant (United Kingdom) and marked the 90-year history of the internal combustion engine-powered automobiles of Jaguar.

Jaguar F-Pace was missing the UK market in 2024, yet it was present in every part of the world, including in China, North America, Australia, and Europe.

In my case, some of the most beautiful SUVs in the world are the Jaguar F-Pace which was introduced in the year 2016. Better looking than most other SUVs of upscale car manufacturers like BMW, Mercedes, or Audi. And it was indeed a success for Jaguar, with nearly 350k units sold in the world.

Jaguar has done a great job in creating some of the most beautiful cars, and at the end of the era of the manufacture of cars with combustion engines, we wish Jaguar would have a bright future despite any alternative but them in 2026 producing only electric cars.

In the year 2026, the British corporation is now planning to introduce a new electric vehicle that is based on the Jaguar Type 00 Concept that was unveiled in 2024. We shall now see what the future of the Jaguar brand in the automobile industry holds in the year 2026.
