Here we are with the first batch of photos concerning the upcoming 2017 Mercedes-Benz SL facelift, which will be officially unveiled at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show next month, the entire lineup comprising three versions, the standard SL, AMG 63 as well as the top of the line AMG 65.

The standard 2017 Mercedes-Benz SL will feature a new fascia with a huge diamond grille, the AMG-Gt-like headlights, new front bumper with large air intakes, updated hood, redesigned taillights at the back, along with the huge diffuser and revised chrome exhaust pipes.

Next, the 2017 SL AMG 63 will add more styling elements, like custom radiator grille, along with fiber components on the bumpers and side sills. The entire body is complemented by the new multi-spoke black alloy wheels wrapped in the Continental ContiSportContact rubbers.

The top of the line 2017 SL AMG 65 will benefit the silver accents on the bumpers, along with the new multi-spoke polished wheels.

Moving inside, all versions will benefit the five driving modes, Individual, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Race, along with ESP, multi-function flat-bottom steering wheel, new gearshift lever and bigger display for the center console. The AMG versions will also receive carbon fiber accents.

In the engine department, the German based carmaker has not released any details, but since we are dealing with a facelift version, we might see more powerful versions and the long-anticipated nine-speed 9G-TRONIC automatic gearbox.
