Luxury and tiny living rarely share the same sentence. The Mobi Prestige attempts exactly that. Built by European company Mobi House, this fully furnished model sits on the Mobi Wood platform and follows standard European dimensions of 6 x 2.5 x 3.5 meters, or 19.6 x 8 x 11.4 feet. Inside, though, the experience heads in a different direction.
The home contains a little over 12 square meters, equal to 132 square feet. Yet the layout avoids feeling cramped. Mobi designed the interior around a single-level arrangement and placed much of the attention on a large central kitchen rather than a traditional living area. A queen-size bed occupies an open sleeping zone, separated from the kitchen through a multifunction panel serving as a headboard, breakfast-bar support, and room divider. A raised sleeping platform creates hidden storage underneath. Small detail, big impact.

Glazing and atmospheric changes are correlated. In front of the bed, a high gable end wall of glass opens up the interior space, and enhances the sense of inside-outside connection. There are operable windows to allow for cross breezes on both sides. The bedroom features a wall-mounted TV and a padded backrest mounted up by the bed so that it can be used as a lounge area in the daytime.
One of Mobi House’s hallmarks is simple, one-story designs. So Prestige continues on that same formula with the difference being the focus. The kitchen extends around in an L-shaped layout, and serves as both a cooking and eating area. There are full-size appliances, such as a recessed induction stove, dishwasher and electric fridge that stand free. Storage appears almost everywhere. Upper cabinetry combines enclosed cupboards with open shelving illuminated by an LED strip, while a narrow vertical window slips into an area where a conventional opening would not fit.

Another storage zone sits between the entrance and bathroom. A floor-to-ceiling pantry incorporates shelves and drawers on both sides. Even the breakfast bar contains integrated storage compartments. Nothing seems wasted.
Then there is the bathroom. Powder-pink FIBO wall panels dominate the room and create a look far removed from traditional Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Matte black details add contrast, including the tapware and shower hardware. The shower area follows the same pink theme and includes a black showerhead. Nearby, a heated towel rack sits beside the boiler. The vanity integrates open shelving, while both the vanity and bathroom door share the same dark sage green finish used throughout the kitchen cabinetry.

The dark sage furniture color runs through most of the interior. Combined with pink walls and black accents, the palette pushes Prestige away from the white-and-natural-wood combinations commonly associated with Mobi House models.
Pricing is available upon request. Buyers receive a fully equipped residence prepared for full-time living or weekend use. Heating comes from electric underfloor systems, supported by an air-conditioning unit above the entrance that includes a heating function.
