US: Hyundai Launches Prices and Specs of the New Elantra GT, Video also Revealed

Hyundai is a major player on the American auto market, providing its target with plenty of new models at extremely competitive prices. One of those exquisite rides that have recently entered market is the 2018 Elantra GT, an exceptional hatchback with plenty of appellatives at the exterior as well as inside.

The cheapest variant is the standard GT which costs just $19,350, while the top of the line GT Sport can be yours for $23,250. Full prices are provided below.

2018 Hyundai Elantra GT – Full Prices:

Elantra GT – $19,350 – with 2.0-liter flat-four engine and 6-speed manual.
Elantra GT – $20,350 – with 2.0-liter flat-four engine and 6-speed automatic transmission.
Elantra GT Sport – $23,250 – with 1.6-liter GDI flat-four engine and 6-speed manual.
Elantra GT Sport – $24,350 – with 1.6-liter Turbo GDI flat-four engine and 7-speed EcoShift Dual Clutch transmission.

Besides the high-performance engines, both models are also equipped with multi-link suspension, 18-inch alloy wheels with large brakes paddle shifters for the seven-speed Dual Clutch Transmission and many more.

Inside, the model looks high-end with the plenty of gadgetries – 8-inch audio display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, eight-inch navigation system with Blue Link system, rear-view camera and so on.

The safety systems are also important, so the South Korean based auto manufacturer has equipped the new Elantra GT with the latest – Electronic Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Automatic Emergency Braking w/Pedestrian Detection, Lane Keep Assist, Smart Cruise Control with stop/start systems, and High Beam Assist.
