After the first reveal at the Detroit Auto Show early this year, Chevrolet will give the European audience the opportunity to meet the new four-door Aveo. The new American model measures 4,4 meters long and 1,7 meters wide and is known in US as Chevrolet Sonic, and as we said above, it has been revealed early this year at Detroit.
The load capacity of the American sedan is also impressive for its segment, about 500 liters whilre the exterior design barely inspired from Cruze will make the new generation Aveo a profitable model for the European market, continuing the success of the current Aveo which got a market share of almost 13% last year.
The front part gets a redesigned grille but also new very good looking headlights while under the bonnet we expect a variety of petrol engines, from a tiny 1.2-liter to a more potent 1.6-liter unit but also a 1.3-liter diesel propeller which focuses on fuel economy.
