Photo Gallery: 2017 Nissan Rogue Looks Smashing with the New Looks, Will Pack High-End Hybrid Version as Well

The Nissan Rogue turned three this year, an occasion for the carmaker to mark the event by launching the all-new 2017 edition, set to come with a lot of changes in terms of design and interior tweaks. More than that, the model will also get a hybrid version. Prices will be announced prior to its unveiling this autumn.

In terms of design, the 2017 Nissan Rogue comes with updates at the front which is now tweaked with new headlamps, as well as with the V-motion grille and upated bumper with rectangular fog lights. The rear is also fresh, coming with revised taillights with boomerang LED.

Other features also refer to chrome side moldings, three exterior colors, new 17-inch alloy wheels and so on.

Inside, the cabin received a new sports steering wheel, sports-mode shifter, updated front center console with upholstery and a plethora of safety features. The most important are the lane departure warning and lane departure prevention, adaptive cruise control, and forward emergency braking for pedestrian detection.

In the engine department, the 2017 Nissan Rogue comes with a 2.0-liter flat-four gasoline with an electric motor and the Xtronic transmission, hooked to a lithium-ion battery pack, which “maintains its flat rear floor for east passenger access to the rear seat and little reduction of cargo room”.

The hybrid comes with a 176 horsepower and 144 lb.of torque, plus 40 horsepower and 118 lb-ft of torque from the electric motor. The model returns 33 mpg city / 35 mpg highway / 34 mpg combined. Yu can admire the model in its plenitude in the photo gallery below!
