The German specialists from VÄTH unveiled a new tuning package for the current Mercedes CL63 AMG, a model which already is received the latest additions from the AMG division. However, VÄTH tuners decided to push the model to the limit even more by creating the V63S tuning kit.
At the exterior, the German model receives a rear diffuser, boot lid spoiler, new 20-inch alloy wheels and a radiator cover, all made of lightweight carbon fiber. Inside, VÄTH provides a new leather upholstery along new trims and finishes.
However, these details are almost inconsiderable as the real improvements can be seen under the bonnet where the twin-turbo 5.5-liter engine receives a major power boost. To be more precise, the stock V8 unit develops 536 horsepower while the tuned engine is able to deliver 630 horses and 930 Nm of torque.
The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is not possible in 4,3 seconds while the top speed is 300 km/h. These figures are mainly achieved thanks to a revised ECU unit and a sport exhaust system. Other improvements include a high-performance braking system and a revised suspension.
