Porsche decided to present us the new Macan GTS, a more powerful version of their new crossover.
Power is delivered by a retuned 3.0-liter V6 unit producing 360 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. The Porsche Macan GTS does the 0-100 km/h sprint in just 4,8 seconds thanks to a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. The all-wheel drive system also helps the car to send power to the wheels as efficient as possible.
In terms of styling, the German car gets new 20-inch RS Spyder Design wheels with a dark Satin Black hue, gloss black inserts as well as matte parts and other minor tweaks. New brakes have also been fitted in order to match the extra power.
We talk about 360mm (front) and 330mm (rear) brake discs. The calipers got a red finish so they match the exterior colour. An improved Stability Management System also promises better handling and performance.
In terms of pricing, the new Porsche Macan GTS costs €73,400 in Germany while US buyers will get it cheaper at $67,200. However, the new Macan GTS will go on sale in the States next spring, in March to be more precise.
