Appreciated in Europe and other parts of the world as one of the best quality-price ratio SUV, yet not that loved in home country Romania, the Dacia Duster has recently turned 7 years of existence on the market, a good occasion for Renault to unveil the new-gen 2018 model, just ahead its official appearance at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.

If we were to compare it with the first-gen model, the new 2018 Duster would make a good impression with a revised language design with more appealing lines, wider alloys and improved materials inside the cabin. As for performance, the French based carmaker is set to reveal the official details at the German auto event.

Visually, the 2018 Dacia Duster looks better equipped for off-road missions, impressing its audience with exclusive features.

We should depict the wider headlights making room into the extended grille, adding incorporated LED DRLs, updated front bumper with sliver skid plate, or creases on the bonnet. There are also the black wing arch trims and new taillights, aluminum roof bars or 17-inch alloy wheels, all complementing the new body wrap, called Atacama Orange.

The space inside has been also improved, thanks to the more steeply raked windscreen, adding as well “completely redesigned” materials and “new equipment.” All details will be revealed in Frankfurt starting with September 12.

It is up to you to decide if Dacia has come a long way with its Duster SUV and if it will make a good impression in Germany! Will it become as better as a Jeep Renegade in the upcoming years? Please comment!
