American-based magazine Consumer Reports is well-known for its fare reviews and comparisons based on thorough researches, and every time it manages to come up with a simple yet realistic review on a certain car model, we should take it for granted. This time, the American magazine has turned its attention towards the iconic Jeep Wrangler […]
If you live in the United States and love the Jeep Wrangler, then you should prepare yourself for the all-new 2018 Wrangler, which is ready to hit dealerships with new design tweaks and powertrains under the hood. Even if we don`t have the price tags or the official photos, we do have the base details […]
The American Jeep manufacturer will launch a special edition of its Wrangler model in Europe in the second quarter of this year, under the name of the Wrangler Rubicon X Package. The carmaker has recently declared that the new Jeep Wrangler X Package will be unveiled in Europe alone, with a Rubicon trim. The Jeep […]
Jeep has some important news for us, they’ve just unveiled a new model. That sounds great, except it’s not really a new model. The new title may include the Unlimited Altitude Edition attachment but it’s the Jeep Wrangler that it starts with so the surprises are somewhat limited. It may not be a revolutionary design, […]
With all the ongoing motor shows and events all around the world it’s quite the surprise to see the Americans at Jeep unveil a new concept at a rather private gathering. The location for the unveiling of a new off-roader concept seems even more unusual when you learn that it was the 2011 Paris Boat […]
Jeep is a special part of Chrysler, a company of great tradition, great off-road competence and historic reliability but with the Los Angeles Motor Show coming up they were facing a bit of a problem. They have no new model to unveil, no concept ready and no major ideas in the pipeline. After a consult […]
Jeep Wrangler is one of the most successful models of Chrysler’s subsidiary Jeep, a model which reached its fourth generation with production debuted more than 20 years ago. To be more precise, the first generation Wrangler entered production at the Brampton plant in Canada in 1987 replacing the Jeep CJ. Jeep also opted to build […]
In recent times we’ve been seeing the Jeep Wrangler get very popular once more by offering up a rather unusual version of itself to the public courtesy of our friends, the tuners. After the introduction of a power roof version and a gaming version the chaps at AEV are going to introduce a pickup truck […]
Wait, what? That’s right, while Chrysler isn’t behind this, come the SEMA show of 2011 we’ll get to see the first Jeep Wrangler with a powered roof. I wouldn’t go as far as to say this particular aftermarket mod makes the Jeep Wrangler a convertible but it seems like it’s not far off.
Jeep’s Wrangler has heritage and off-road ability but truth be told, very few of them are bought for either of these reasons. The true reason behind most people’s decision to buy a brand new Jeep Wrangler is quite a lot simpler than that, it’s because they are cool. That’s why, for the 2012 version, Jeep […]
The Jeep Wrangler is a monumental car with styling cues on today’s model stretching as far back as the 1940s and therefore design changes aren’t always welcome by fans. A recent decision that implies giving Jeep Wrangler buyers of our times the option of having a body-colored roof isn’t one to complain about. Jeep’s sales […]
Those of you who were hoping for Jeep to “make a pickup already” will be quite pleased by the following few paragraphs. Jeep didn’t exactly make a new pickup entirely but they do offer a special kit that can make your current Wrangler look and feel like one. It’s based on the already known Jeep […]
Spring had us hear about rumors and sketches and at the moment but it really took the arrival of the summer for Venchurs to be ready for an unveiling of the first Xplore Jeep Wrangler. Apparently this very beefy looking, seriously upgraded by Mopar, Xplore Jeep Wrangler has some sort of charity related involvement with […]
The New York Auto Show is one of the places you have to turn up and impress if you’re a car manufacturer. Trouble is that Jeep already ran out of new things to come up and therefore they had to improvise something, enter the Jeep Wrangler Mojave Edition.
We all know that if you’re a car maker, China is the latest market you want to grow on. Jeep however suffered a bit of a setback recently because of a few problems with the Wrangler. China’s General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) is, if you will, the People’s Republic NHTSA and […]
Jeep is a very important company for various reasons ranging from the outcome of a war to the issue of practicality but there’s a certain sort of car we’ve been missing out on from them. What Jeep never made was something completely unnecessary, something like a HEMI engined off-road vehicle.
Jeep’s Wrangler may have not needed a recall for the alleged fuel leak problems but Chrysler didn’t really get into the clear. The 2010-2011 Jeep Wrangler is still going to be called in for a recall for a different matter, one that’s equally serious.
Now here’s something special, the NHTSA came up with an announcement concerning an automotive recall that isn’t supposed to happen. The Jeep Wrangler is one of the cars that doesn’t suffer from any flaws with fuel spillage systems.
Yet another recall news frightens the motorists, in particular the owners of any Jeep Wrangler that was produced between May 15, 2006 and August 9, 2010. The Jeeps produced within this period total up nearly 300.000 (288,968 to be precise) units and they are troubled by their brakes.
