Unfortunately, Nissan will miss at least two auto shows in 2009, starting with the Detroit’s North American International Auto Show.
The CEO of the company has stated that he will prefer save some cash at the moment and he thinks that skipping the two auto shows is a good decision. He also wanted us to know that the decision is not related to the shows themselves, but with the world economy situation. Besides this, Nissan is not interested in getting involved in the US auto market, at least for the moment.
Apparently, the people from Nissan were happy with the L.A. Auto show and feel that they have done enough for the next six months in terms of advertising.
