Skoda Superb Combi model went into production, being built at the Czech car manufacturer plant in Kvasiny. The first copy of the series was exhibited at the plant. We are talking about the Elegance model with a 2.0 TDI CR DPF engine, automatic transmission and metallic gray colored satin.
The vehicle has a length of 4838 mm, a width of 1817 mm and a height of 1510 mm. Luggage compartment volume is 633 liters, 1865 liters with rear seats folded down. New Skoda Superb is enjoying great popularity among customers, according to information provided by Skoda.
Since January this year, Skoda Auto delivered 33,434 units of Skoda Superb (of which 623 units of the first generation) to customers, with 78.2% more than the same period the previous year. Besides the plant in Kvasiny, Skoda Superb is produced also in China, India, Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. For the first time ever in a Skoda car, the manufacturer offers an electrically controlled tailgate as an option. When open, the boot cover automatically moves to its middle position to open up more space for comfortable luggage handling.
