Volkswagen officially announces that the new Scirocco GTS will be available in the United Kingdom starting next year.
With a starting price of £27,945, the new VW Scirocco GTS benefits from a 2.0-liter TSI unit offering 207 horsepower and a six-speed manual transmission.
Styling features of the German model include black and red racing stripes, new 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, new Candy White, Salsa Red and Deep Black pearl exterior finishes.
At the interior, buyers will get a new sports steering wheel, new floor mats and GTS sill plates, Piano Black inserts, leather upholstery with contrasting red stitching but also new GTS badges.
The petrol powerplant is also available with an automatic transmission while the range-topping model is powered by a 2.0-liter TDI diesel offering 175 horsepower.
Buying the diesel-powered model with a six-speed manual transmission will cost you £27,980 while the DSG automatic gearbox tops at £29,395.
