After officially launching the Vitara Brezza at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, Vitara is now unveiling another interesting ride at the event, in the shape of the 2016 Baleno RS Concept, which will hit Indian dealerships in the second half of the year.
The 2016 Suzuki Baleno RS is trying to enter the sporty small car segment by coming with an interesting engine choice. We are looking here at the all-new 1.0-liter turbo BOOSTERJET three-cylinder engine, with poor figures of 82 kW and 170 Nm of torque.
Even if it is not considered such sporty in terms of performance, the 2016 Suzuki Baleno RS does offer some nice styling cues, like the dark grey body kit with skirting all around the car, new front grille, blacked-out A-pillars, all complemented by the gunmetal alloy wheels.
The 2016 Suzuki Baleno RS will also stand side-by-side the Ignis concept, another model that will enter the Indian market in the second half. The Ignis will come with sporty features with dark trims, black alloys and underbody protection.
Apart the Indian market, the 2016 Suzuki Baleno RS will be also introduced in Australia later on, joining the regular Baleno version, which has already been introduced a couple of months ago.
