With the rising criminal activities on the roads in Romania, the Romanian Police Force must handle those by coming equipped with powerful police vehicles, and with the recently acquired Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce, they might stand a chance against road villains.

Even if the Romanian Police has to settle with just the Veloce version of the Giulia – the Italian Police got the top of the line QV – it is still good news for all involved against criminal activities.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce is an exceptional model as well, coming with an extremely appealing and aggressive design, being equipped with the latest technology onboard and plethora of safety features.

The most important safety features refer to Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring, Forward Collision Braking, Autonomous Emergency Brake, Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Path Detection, Integrated Brake System, AlfaLink system and so on.

In the engine department, the Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce is making use of a 2.0-ltier turbocharged petrol engine, with 276 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, enough to deliver a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds, at a top speed of 240 km/h. The power is sent to the wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce can be seen safely guarding the A3 motorway, National Road 1 and on the Bucharest`s northern ring road.
