Less than a week from today, a chap whose pockets are bigger than the trunks of our cars will be at a very special auction where he can get himself one of these.

It’s a very rare, 1972 Lamborghini Miura SV, the supercar that paved the way for mid engined designs and also one of the best looking machines ever made.

The Lamborghini Miura itself wasn’t a common car but as this was a top of the line SV model and it’s a right hand drive version it is that much more exclusive.

Contributing the list of exclusive aspects of this particular Miura we find that it has some of the rarest interior options ever selected from it.

Things such as air conditioning (though it’s nearly completely useless, as in most old Lamborghinis), a limited-slip differential (key to the Sprinto Veloce edition), a radio (though useless when there’s a V12 to listen to) and Alcantara upholstery.

Everything about the 1972 Lamborghini Miura SV we see here is in perfect order and apart from the color that seems to come “from the other side” everybody is expecting that the auctioning off of this vehicle will fetch quite the sum.

RM Auctions will be putting it on a plinth in London on October 26 and they expect the hammer not to fall outside the 1.2 – 1.4 million dollar mark.

Cool, but not that cool. I hope it never sells and ends up in a gragae sale next to some knitted oven mits and a box of Raffi tapes.
