Lingenfelter’s Chevrolet Camaro lusts for retro

Chevrolet’s Camaro is not exactly a retro looking muscle car. Unless you’re willing to consider 2007 from another age that doesn’t really happen.

Dodge’s Challenger is where you want to go for such a desire and, in a couple of years or so, the Ford Mustang won’t be any good either.

But what if you really like the Chevrolet Camaro? What if you can’t live without that and retro in your life?

If that’s the situation you’re in, the only thing you have to do is call a certain tuning company with a funny name.

Ligenfelter is worthy of a more ample presentation than that, i know, i just don’t care about them so much. Anyway, they’re capable of giving your Camaro some memory lane tuning.

They call it the Retrokits package, and it’s aimed at enthusiasts like eating their cake, and having it too. The styling is pure 1969 Chevrolet Camaro.

You do enjoy those treats, but you don’t have the spills of classic car motoring. This thing has creature comforts, increased performance and, most important of all, it can brake.

Two options are up for discussion in this situation, one that’s supposed to mimic the 69 RS Camaro and one that’s a non-RS from the same period.

Pricing is pretty well set on the entire transformation as well. You can have it as a do it yourself package at $6.850 for the regular one whereas the RS is $8.150.

With somebody else doing the work it will cost $8.550 for the non-RS and $9.750 for the RS, including the paint.
