Mitsubishi UK released details on a special edition of the Lancer Evolution designed to celebrate 40 years of the company in the UK. The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X FQ-440 MR comes with 18-inch BBS alloys, bi-xenon headlights and a special Frost White exterior finish.
Under the hood sits a 2.0-liter engine producing 440 horses and 558 Nm of torque which is linked to a six-speed dual-clutch Sports Shift Transmission.
The extra power is available thanks to a revised ECU, a high-flow fuel injectors, HKS turbocharger and a sports exhaust system.
The upgrades are even greater as the Japanese company offers a lowered suspension, Eibach coil springs and a high-performance Alcon braking system.
Pricing for the Lancer Evolution X FQ-440 MR in the UK will start from £50,000 with only 40 vehicles to be built.
