Mini published photos and details on the 2012 Roadster, a model which gets a starting price of $24,350 in the United States.
The British model benefits from a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine delivering 121 horsepower for an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 8,7 seconds.
The 2012 Mini Roadster returns a combined fuel consumption of 30mpg US. If you want more, there is the Mini Cooper S Roadster which is slightly expensive with a price of $27,350. Of course, it features a more powerful 1.6-liter turbo unit with 181 horses which makes the 0-100 km/h sprint possible in 6,7 seconds.
As expected, Mini offers the John Cooper Works Roadster which is the top-of-the-range model. It benefits from a 1.6-liter turbo engine offering 208 horses, enough power for an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 6,3 seconds and a top speed of 235 km/h.
The Mini JCW Roadster is priced from $34,500 but you will have to add the $700 destination and handling fee in order to get the correct price tag.
