We recently announced that the Abarth’s Punto Evo model benefiting from the esseesse package will be revealed at this year’s edition of the French Auto Show, in Paris. Well, it seems that the Punto Evo esseesse will enjoy the presence of his younger convertible 500 model at Paris.
So.. what’s the novelty? Well, the Abarth sport division version of the 500C model that received also the esseesse improvements kit will benefit from similar upgrades seen on the Punto Evo esseesse we talked above. About the aesthetics, Abarth 500C esseesse will stand out at Paris through two new body color versions, Campovolo Grey (available for the Punto Evo esseesse also) and a new color, Pista Grey.
In the interior the changes are just the ones seen on the Punto Evo esseesse, the Arbarth Corse leather seats are available together with a Magnetti Marelli system. The visual improvements are completed by 17-inch alloy rims. On the other hand, the Abarth 500C esseesse will benefit from a 1.4-liter turbo engine able to provide a top speed of 209 km/h while 7.6 seconds are quite enough to reach 100 km/h. All these performance thanks to the output power of 160 horses and 230 Nm of torque.
