The new Mercedes CLA 250 gets a comprehensive tuning kit from VATH. At the exterior, buyers will get a new front spoiler lip, side skirts, a rear diffuser, new 20-inch alloy wheels and a revised suspension with a lowered ride height.
Power is offered by a tweaked 2.0-liter engine developing 245hp and 390Nm of torque.
The extra power is available thanks to a revised ECU unit, being priced at €940. An optional V25 package worth €4,950 adds a new air filter and a sports exhaust which improve the total output to 265 horsepower.
If you opt for the more expensive power kit, the 0-100 km/h sprint time is improved to 5,9 seconds with a top speed of 250 km/h.
“With regard to the engine performance characteristics, the braking system has been optimized by steel flex tubes and “Castrol SRF” racing braking fluid,” adds the tuner.
At the interior, buyers will benefit from carbon fiber trim, new leather sports steering wheel, VATH logos, new floor mats and a revised speedometer.
